At PSJ UK, we are looking for a visionary IT & Tech Team Lead to spearhead our digital infrastructure, mentor a dedicated team of tech volunteers, and scale our impact.
If you are a blend of an experienced software engineer (front-end & back-end) and an empathetic, forward-thinking leader, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

- Lead & Mentor: Manage, support, and schedule our tech team and volunteer workforce, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Drive Tech Excellence: Oversee all digital platforms, servers, websites, and apps, ensuring seamless feature deployment and robust infrastructure.
- Innovate & Scale: Discover and implement cost-effective, scalable tech solutions to improve data management, advocacy campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.
- Secure Our Mission: Enforce top-tier cybersecurity practices and compliance standards to safeguard sensitive data and beneficiary information.

Who We Are Looking For:

- The Tech Expert: A seasoned professional with strong roots in full-stack software development, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
- The Leader: Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years leading teams (experience in the non-profit/NGO or development sector is a massive plus).
- The Problem Solver: Someone resourceful, adaptable, and passionate about digital inclusion and building capacity in others.
- The Culture Fit: A professional who embodies our core values: Valuing People, Taking Ownership, and Forward Thinking.
