This five-day evening training is designed to strengthen and empower every PSJ UK team leader. Together, we will align on our shared mission, sharpen the skills that keep our teams healthy and effective, and build stronger connections across all areas of PSJ UK.
Through interactive discussions, practical tools, and collaborative exercises, participants will:

Deepen their understanding of PSJ UK’s vision, values, and long-term strategy, ensuring every team leader knows where we’re going and why.

Build leadership capacity by exploring practical ways to motivate, support, and guide volunteer teams in a variety of contexts.
