What You’ll Do

As a Creative Writer at PSJUK, you will:

• Craft Compelling Content: Write engaging stories, articles, blog posts, newsletters, and other content that highlights our work, shares the stories of those we help, and showcases our impact.
• Develop Campaign Messaging: Collaborate with our communications and marketing teams to create powerful messaging for fundraising campaigns, events, and advocacy efforts.
• Contribute to Social Media: Help develop content for our social media platforms, creating posts that capture attention, engage our audience, and encourage them to take action.
• Assist with Grant Writing: Support our grant writing efforts by crafting persuasive narratives that align with our mission and demonstrate the need for funding.
• Edit & Proofread Content: Review and refine content to ensure it’s polished, professional, and aligned with our brand voice and messaging.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking volunteers who:

• Strong Writing Skills: You should have experience in creative writing and a portfolio that showcases your ability to write engaging and impactful content.
• Are Passionate Storytellers: A passion for storytelling and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and compellingly are essential.
• Are Versatile & Adaptable: You should be comfortable writing in different styles and formats, from blog posts to social media updates to fundraising appeals.
