What You’ll Do
As a Volunteer Coordinator at PSJUK, you will:
- Coordinate Volunteer Activities: Plan, schedule, and oversee volunteer assignments across various projects and events with the team.
- Foster Engagement: Build relationships with volunteers, addressing their needs, ensuring alignment with PSJUK's mission, and maintaining high morale.
- Develop Communication Channels: Implement effective communication strategies to keep volunteers informed, connected, and motivated.
- Evaluate & Recognize Contributions: Track volunteer contributions, assess program effectiveness, and organize recognition initiatives to celebrate their impact.
