What We Need

To ensure we can deliver our programmes with excellence and consistency, we are seeking £75,000 annually to sustainably fund our core staff team. This covers:

• Programme & Advocacy Leads – £30,000

• Policy & Research Officer – £18,000

• Communications & Outreach Officer – £15,000

• Operations & Finance Support – £12,000

This cost also includes professional development, essential overheads, and the systems that make their work effective.
