Purpose:
Check in with volunteers about their wellbeing, experience, and support needs.
📞 Call Flow
1. Greeting
• “Hello, is this (Busayo)?”
• “Hi (Busayo), my name is (MO), and I’m calling from PSJ UK.”
• “First of all, thank you for being part of our volunteer family. Your time and service make a real difference.”
2. Purpose of the call
• “I’m not calling to ask for anything today. We’re just checking in to see how you’re doing and how your volunteering experience has been.”
3. Key Questions
• How are you doing?
• How has your volunteering experience with PSJ UK been so far?
• Are you still interested in volunteering with us?
• Is there anything we can do to support you better?
4. Listen & Note
• Pause and allow them to share.
• Show empathy if they raise concerns.
• Log answers in NationBuilder notes.
5. Closing
• “Thank you so much for sharing, (Busayo-=). We really value your time and input.”
• “I’ll make sure your feedback is shared with our team so we can keep improving.”
• “Thanks again for being part of PSJ UK and have a wonderful day!”
